After 47 years of marriage, Phil Robertson has finally done the honorable thing and has gotten Miss Kay a wedding ring. Sadie Robertson, Phil and Kay’s granddaughter Tweeted “After 50 years of marriage Papaw Phil finally gave Mamaw Kay a wedding ring for Christmas” and included a picture of Miss Kay showing off the ring and Phil proudly pointing to it.

Earlier this year on the Duck Dynasty show, Phil and Kay renewed their wedding vows and had the wedding ceremony that they never had 47 years ago. Apparently, even in the renewal, Phil didn’t give Kay a ring. Oh well, I guess it’s better late than never…
