A new Facebook page is demanding a boycott of A&E Television until A&E brings Phil back to the show.  The Facebook page “Boycott A&E Until Phil Robertson is Put Back on Duck Dynasty” is in response to A&E suspension from the show because of comments he made in a GQ Magazine article  ( see Phil Robertson Suspended From Duck Dynasty Indefinitely ).   They ask that we don’t watch any A&E show until Phil is re-instated.  Although the page is only a little over 1 day old, it has already racked up 1.1 million likes. Uncle Si – The Former Ladies Man

Uncle Si Robertson is one unique fellow – but would you ever picture him as a ladies man? Sleeping with a different woman every night. “I kept a fifth of whiskey in my pocket everywhere I went,” Si Robertson told Men’s Journal. “I tried dope one time, OK, like marijuana, but why would you smoke something that makes you feel 100 years old? So, drugs wasn’t it for me. In my mind, it was alcohol and whoring around.” That’s an interesting comment from someone we only see as a quirky old man with a cup of tea in his hand… Read More »Uncle Si – The Former Ladies Man

The Robertsons Get A Raise

Nellie Andreeva of Yahoo TV posted an article this afternoon outlining the salary increase to the Robertson family. “The family will earn more than $200,000 an episode, divvied up among the nine adults and 11 kids on the show. That is roughly 4-5 times what the Robertsons previously made. Additionally, I hear the new pact includes additional seasons for the show as well as series/cast options.” It’s a lot less than what was being reported earlier in the summer – $400k per episode – but I’m sure they are extremely happy with the raise and the added season. This TV… Read More »The Robertsons Get A Raise

Al Robertson, the other member of the Robertson family, appears to be joining the hit TV show in Season for this fall. Al Robertson is often referred to as the “other brother.” He’s been a mystery to most fans and not as easily recognizable (he’s the man without the beard in the photo below). Al is the oldest brother and actually help Phil build Duck Commander during it’s earliest days. Al left the duck call business to pursue full-time ministry.
