Nellie Andreeva of Yahoo TV posted an article this afternoon outlining the salary increase to the Robertson family.
“The family will earn more than $200,000 an episode, divvied up among the nine adults and 11 kids on the show. That is roughly 4-5 times what the Robertsons previously made. Additionally, I hear the new pact includes additional seasons for the show as well as series/cast options.”
It’s a lot less than what was being reported earlier in the summer – $400k per episode – but I’m sure they are extremely happy with the raise and the added season. This TV show has done incredible things for the Duck Commander and Buck Commander brands. So they’re reeling in more revenue on that side of the business as well as appearance fees and merchandise.
