Last week Duck Commander sold its one millionth duck call of the year (with 2 months to spare). Phil Robertson was on site at the retail shop where the one millionth call was sold. He put the call — fittingly his wooden Classic Commander with cedar insert and poplar barrel — and blew a few mallard notes.
“Not bad for the 1 millionth duck call,” said the Duck Commander.
When Phil created the duck call 40 years ago he never would have imagined the insane amount of success they’ve had. Just goes to show no matter how small or simple your idea may seem, with hard work you can achieve your dreams.
